Classes, yoga days and weekend retreats include

A flowing all encompassing form of Sivananda yoga with threads and aspects of Satyananda yoga incorporated. Our classes incorporate all aspects of yoga; asana ( postures and stretching), pranayama (breathing techniques and awareness) meditation and Yoga Nidra a special form of guided relaxation.

We also incorporate modern scientific breakthroughs in fascia release assisting muscular skeletal problems (which also support traditional ideas!) as well as subtle work of mudras and mantra incorporated in certain classes.

Classes are small (max 8) with individual attention and guidance. Each class is developed with the needs of those who attend in mind.

Paul and Julia are fully qualified, registered and insured level 3 yoga teachers with a combination of 30 years teaching experience.

Relax, Release, Rejuvinate : 50 minutes of total relaxation through guided imagery, visualization and breathe work

Lunchtime session Tuesday 12noon – 12.50pm    £5

Awareness, meditation and mindfulness:  Thursday 11 am – 12 noon  £5

Suitable for absolute beginners as well as those with an established practice
