Paul Duffy
Yoga instructor and registered hypnotherapist
Born in Shipley West Yorkshire, trained in engineering and art, Paul moved to London to pursue his career in art. After various travels including a period living and showing art in France he returned to London and found a new interest in yoga which ran parallel to his art. Paul trained as a yoga teacher in the late 90’s with Narayani in the Sivananda tradition and continued training with various inspirational swamis in Sweden, India and in the UK.
Paul went on to teach at many institutions in London ;Tate Modern, The Imperial War Museum and South Bank University amongst them, he ran yoga weekends and holiday s both in England and abroad with Julia. Paul lives in Bridport Dorset, trained as a clinical hypnotherapist and continues to pursue art and yoga providing yoga classes, yoga days, and short breaks whilst continuing to paint and show. Hypnotherapy relaxation and guided visualization has become an integral part of Paul’s classes.
Julia Williams

Julia is a natural health therapist , movement specialist and tutor with 30 years experience in health care. Specializing in complementary therapies and utilizing a range of massage techniques and reflexology Julia tailors her treatments to her clients needs. With NHS and hospice care as part of her work she can offer safe and suitable exercise and therapies for clients post surgery or during cancer treatment also manual lymphatic drainage for lymphoedema. Julia’s work has also meant many years of providing reflexology to pregnant women and stressed advertising executives! Julia formally taught hatha yoga but now concentrates on Tripudio Movement, an exercise and movement programme of which she is co-founder, as a fascial fitness instructor this influences her classes. Julia also qualified as a Mindfulness practitioner with a particular interest in mindful movement.
Julia has taught reflexology and aromatherapy at diploma level, cpd days for qualified therapists as well as introductions for those with an interest in self help.
Julia will be offering some short introductory courses in 2024.
